Introduction:Mr. Xiao is an electronics engineer, and both President and General Manager of the Guangdong Nanmei Group Co., Ltd. He is also a representative in the 10th People's Congress of Guangdong Province; he has been commended as an excellent entrepreneur at the provincial level. Due to Mr. Xiao's efforts, in 2001 the Nanmei Group qualified for ISO certification.
