Research and Development

The production and management of our company is under the responsibility of our Chief Engineer, and is divided into production process management and production equipment maintenance and management. Directly responsible to the Chief Engineer are four engineers, who oversee:
1) CD-R and CD-RW production processes and equipment maintenance
2) Die-etching production processes and equipment maintenance
3) CD and DVD production processes and equipment maintenance
4) Printing
5) Equipment maintenance of peripheral equipment

With 15 in-process engineers and assistant engineers, these personnel are responsible for managing production of all stencils and laser discs; in addition to product printing. Providing machine operators with real-time control of product quality, we can ensure that all series are supplied with the best quality and most competitive prices. We also have process engineers conducting environmental testing of new products and technologies in order to ascertain optimal production parameters.

In addition, we have 15 engineers and assistant engineers responsible for maintaining production and testing equipment.

Equipment and Facilities

Name:CD-R production line
Description:Our CD-R production line consists of three sets of model ST-50 electrical injectors made by the Japanese Toyo Corp., and a CD-R 3503 post-production line manufactured by the German STEAG Corp. This system consists of modules for injection molding, cooling of substrates, rotary coating of color, drying of color, ion spattering, edge-cleaning, rotary coating of protective glue, inspection and sorting. Equipped with ten of these lines, we can now output 450,000 CD-R discs every day.

Name:DVD production line
Description:Our DVD production line consists of two sets of model ST-50 electrical injectors made by the Japanese Toyo Corp., and a DVD-2000 line manufactured by the German STEAG Corp. Used for the production of DVD5 and DVD9 disks, this line consists of modules for injection molding, cooling, spattering of reflection layers, adhering, drying and final inspection. Equipped with seven of these production lines, we can now output 140,000 DVD5 and DVD9 discs every day.

Name:Master disk production line
Description:This master disk production line uses a mastering system manufactured by Unaxis NimBUS, which consists of modules for glass cleaning, sizing, etching, developing and ion spattering. After developing and ion spattering, the semi-finished disks are electroformed using 'Technotrans' brand machinery. Equipped with 2 mastering systems and 10 electroforming units, we can now output 60 to 70 DVD master discs and 100 CD master discs every day.
