QA/QC Introduction

Having implemented a comprehensive quality control system, all operational processes are conducted in accordance with ISO9001 stipulations. Using internationally-advanced production technology, and conducting in-line inspection of all products, we also have inspectors performing random checking and off-line testing.

In this way, we can best ensure that all products meet both clients' expectations, and our own stringent standards.

Test Equipment and Facilities

Name:CD-CATS
Description:This instrument is used for off-line inspection of laser disc electrical performance; testing such properties as jitter, PP, BLER, RN and RA.

Name:ETA Optik CD-R Tester
Description:This testing instrument is used for off-line inspection of the formed substrate's properties; including the parameters of the substrate wrapping, evenness of thickness, groove depth and track width.

Name:PE Clarus 500 and Lambda25 Gas Chromatographs
Description:This Clarus 500 gas chromatograph detects trace elements using a flame ion detector (FID) to analyze dyestuff purity and composition. This Lambda 25 chromatograph is mainly used for absorbance measurement of dye solutions, and for ascertaining optimal etching performance and optimal compounding ratio of dye for CD-R discs.
